UX Researcher / UX Designer

Role Summary

INXY Payments is seeking a UX Researcher / UX Designer to drive user-centered product development across our fintech and crypto solutions. This hybrid role combines deep research (60%) with design execution (40%), ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with real customer needs.

What you’ll be doing

UX Research (60%)

• Plan and conduct user research: in-depth interviews, observations, usability tests, scenario and hypothesis validation
• Define and analyze user segments, scenarios, and pain points
• Prepare insights and actionable recommendations for product teams; contribute to hypothesis generation and roadmap planning
• Conduct UX audits of existing features and processes
• Support continuous discovery alongside Product Managers and Analysts

UX/UI Design (60%)

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, launch, and scaling
• Design user flows and interfaces based on research findings
• Create wireframes and prototypes (low/mid fidelity)
• Develop screen logic, UX patterns, and interface states
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• Deliver designs to developers and support implementation
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent user experience across touchpoints

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research or UX Design
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and ability to select the right tool for each task
• Ability to structure data, identify insights, and translate them into product solutions
• Prototyping and interface design skills (Figma)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and modern UI patterns
• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, or complex B2B/operational products is a strong advantage
• Independent, structured, and comfortable working remotely

Nice to have:

• Experience conducting UX audits in fintech or crypto environments
• Familiarity with agile product development and continuous discovery practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering)

Location and Work Model

This position is remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Europe. Occasional travel may be required for strategic alignment and team coordination.
