System Administrator
Role Summary
INXY is seeking an experienced and results‑driven System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure Team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by maintaining, monitoring, and scaling the backbone of our internal systems, servers, and networks. This is a high‑impact role for a professional with a deep understanding of enterprise system administration and a proven track record in core server infrastructure, network engineering, and hardware/software optimization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- User Support (Helpdesk): Act as the primary point of contact for employee IT requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Device Management & Provisioning: Set up, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, workstations, and peripherals (mostly macOS/Windows) for onboarding and current employees.
- Access & Identity Management: Manage user lifecycles (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) within corporate systems.
- Network & Security Support: Configure and troubleshoot corporate VPN solutions to ensure secure remote and in-office connectivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist role.
- Identity Management: Strong hands-on experience with Okta (or similar IAM platforms).
- MDM Tools: Practical knowledge of Kandji (Apple Mobile Device Management) for deploying and managing Apple devices.
- Cloud Productivity Suites: Proficient administration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, Shared Drives).
- Networking: Solid understanding of network basics and proven experience in VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- OS Knowledge: Proficient in managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Nice to Have
- Experience managing office network hardware (Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc.).
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.
