Role Summary

INXY Payments is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing biz-dev team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record in business development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with company strategy
  • Develop and expand INXY’s partner network to boost sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling
  • Provide market insights to position our products and services effectively
  • Work closely with product teams to share customer feedback and market needs
  • Represent INXY at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fintech ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute comprehensive business development strategies
  • Track and analyze KPIs, reporting progress and actionable insights to senior management

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales with proven B2B high-volume and complex deal closure experience
  • Exceptional networking, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in fintech or related niches (ad networks, hosting, marketplaces, SaaS) is a big plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners and teams
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM software and business tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Structured and accurate approach to work and documentation
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Flexibility for occasional travel
  • Advanced English proficiency

Location and Work Model

This position is remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Europe. Occasional travel may be required for strategic alignment and team coordination.
