Role Summary
INXY Payments is seeking a Head of Business Development to scale our New Revenue function across low-risk international markets. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this strategic leader will build and coach a high-performing BizDev team, drive go-to-market strategies, and expand our footprint from Europe to the US and Asia.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow the BizDev team from 6 to 8+ universal managers
- Define and adapt go-to-market strategies across markets, ICPs, and outreach models
- Drive pipeline generation, coverage, and win rate through structured funnel management
- Coach and mentor team members on deal structuring, stakeholder engagement, and closing
- Expand ICP horizons and test new verticals and segments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Account Management
- Engage in complex or strategic deals as a player-coach and deal strategist
- Reflect market feedback into product hypotheses and roadmap
- Set and monitor performance metrics: New Revenue, SQL generation, win rate, deal velocity
- Foster team engagement, growth, and retention through structured development
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales and business development, including 2+ years in fintech/payments
- Proven experience leading, managing, and scaling BizDev teams, including hiring, performance reviews, and team development
- Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members in mid-to-large deal environments
- Strong understanding of international expansion, especially in Europe and ideally US/Asia
- Deep familiarity with regulatory and compliance constraints in fintech/payments
- Strategic thinker with ability to adapt approaches across high-touch and low-touch ICPs
- Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
- Proficient in CRM systems and outbound tools
Nice to have:
- Experience closing mid and upper-mid market deals independently
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or payments with full-cycle deal ownership
- Comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders and building long-term partnerships
Location and Work Model
This position is remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Europe. Occasional travel may be required for strategic alignment and team coordination.
