Role Summary

INXY Payments is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be the trusted partner for our clients - ensuring smooth onboarding, excellent service, and long-term growth of each account.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned B2B clients, becoming their main point of contact.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and integration process, coordinating with internal teams (AML/KYB, Product, Support, and Tech).
  • Proactively monitor client activity and satisfaction, ensuring smooth operations and resolving potential issues.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio and work with the Business Development team to expand cooperation.
  • Collect and share client feedback with Product and Operations to help shape the roadmap and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date account data and client communication history in CRM.
  • Occasionally support client inquiries in collaboration with the Support team (as we’re a startup - we all help where it matters most).

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations, ideally in Fintech, Payments, or SaaS.
  • Understanding of crypto payments, blockchain basics, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and cross-team communication effectively.
  • English required, Russian required
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and genuinely interested in helping clients succeed.

Location and Work Model

This position is remote or hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Europe. Occasional travel may be required for strategic alignment and team coordination.
