Sales Executive
Role Summary
INXY is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Executive / Closer (Qualified Leads) to join our growing Sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing qualified inbound and outbound leads, owning commercial negotiations, and activating revenue through successful onboarding. This is a high‑impact role for a professional with a deep understanding of fintech/payments/SaaS and a proven track record in closing deals and onboarding clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own commercial negotiations with qualified leads (pricing, terms, commercial structure)
- Act as the main point of contact from deal handover to first transactions
- Identify and remove onboarding blockers (KYC, compliance, technical, operational)
- Coordinate onboarding across internal teams (compliance, tech, operations)
- Drive merchants through onboarding to production-ready state
- Ensure successful initial rollout and first live transactions
- Manage the transition from sales/onboarding to Customer Success
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and deal status
- Provide structured feedback to Business Development on lead quality and patterns
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Closer in fintech, payments, SaaS, or related B2B industries
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in complex commercial discussions
- Experience working with qualified leads (not cold calling)
- Understanding of onboarding processes in regulated environments (payments, compliance, KYC)
- Ability to proactively solve problems and unblock deals
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership mentality
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
- Experience in payment processing, acquiring, PSPs, or crypto/fiat infrastructure
- Experience working with international merchants
- Understanding of transaction-based revenue models
Location and Work Model
Remote, possibility to work from office if you are in Warsaw (Poland) or Limassol (Cyprus).
