DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

INXY is looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team.
You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining our cloud-native platform, enabling reliable CI/CD processes, and ensuring high availability and performance of production systems.

This role is ideal for an engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices, who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
  
• Architect, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS)
  
• Develop, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
  
• Containerize applications and manage Docker images
  
• Configure and support monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics)
  
• Manage secrets and sensitive data using HashiCorp Vault
  
• Automate routine infrastructure and deployment processes
  
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance of services
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
  
• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline code delivery and deployment workflows
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM)
  
• Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes (Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets)
  
• Confident use of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
  
• Proven experience building and optimizing GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  
• Solid understanding of Docker and containerization best practices
  
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
  
• Hands-on experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
  
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python
  
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
  
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency projects
  
• Relevant certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
  
• Knowledge of Go for automation or internal tooling
  
• Experience working with PHP or Go-based microservices
  
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and basic security best practices

Location and Work Model

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Europe. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration and strategic planning.
