Senior Architect

Role Summary

INXY is seeking an experienced and highly capable Architect to join our growing and professional team.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s technology landscape by designing scalable systems, defining architectural standards, and guiding engineering teams in building reliable and high-performance solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead/Principal Architect in FinTech
• Background in payments processing, risk engines, or compliance-heavy systems
• Experience designing high-load, mission-critical distributed systems
  
• Deep knowledge of Microservices, Event-driven architecture, Cloud-native patterns
  
• Strong understanding of scalability, observability, resiliency, and system trade-offs
  
• Ability to balance business priorities and technical excellence
  
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive difficult architectural decisions

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or fast-growing product companies
  
• Practical understanding of Web3 fundamentals (blockchain architecture, smart contracts basics, tokenization concepts)

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Europe.
