Senior AML Specialist

Role Summary

INXY is seeking an experienced Senior AML Specialist to join our Compliance team in a fast-growing international crypto company. The role is focused on international KYB (Know Your Business) processes and corporate clients,including complex ownership structures and cross-border risk assessments. You will play a key role in strengthening the company’s AML framework, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, and supporting business growth across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Be Doing‍

• Conduct advanced KYB for corporate clients, including complex legal structures and UBO identification
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and jurisdictions
• Review and assess onboarding and ongoing monitoring cases in line with international AML/CFT requirements
• Analyze transactional behavior of corporate clients and investigate suspicious activity
• Work closely with Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on AML experience with a strong focus on KYB processes
• Solid understanding of corporate onboarding, UBO identification, and risk-based approach
• Fluent English (full professional proficiency, written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and make well-reasoned compliance decisions

Nice to have

• Experience working with crypto regulations across different jurisdictions
• Hands-on experience with KYT / blockchain transaction monitoring tools (e.g., Elliptic, Chainalysis etc.)
• Experience interacting with regulators or working in regulatory bodies
• Previous experience in a fast-growing crypto or  FinTech company

Location and Work Model

Candidates must be able to work on-site from our Warsaw office.
